#### 79 Exclusion of personal liability 79 Exclusion of personal liability > A matter or thing done or omitted to be done by a review panel, a member of a review panel or an inspector does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted in good faith for the purpose of executing this Act, subject any such member or inspector personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
