#### 29 Establishment of review panel 29 Establishment of review panel > > (1) The Minister is to establish a review panel to review a matter in respect of which an application for review has been made under this Part. > > > (2) A review panel is to consist of 3 persons appointed by the Minister, of whom one is to be appointed as the chairperson. > > > (3) Subject to this Act, the regulations may make provision for or with respect to the members and procedure of a review panel and, in particular, for or with respect to the payment of costs of proceedings before a review panel.
