#### 27 Licence auditing 27 Licence auditing > The Tribunal is to continue to carry out its functions under section 75A (3A), as in force before the repeal of that subsection by the amending Act, in respect of any period before that repeal and this Act applies to those functions as if the amending Act had not commenced.
