#### 18 Register of authorisations 18 Register of authorisations > > (1) A register of authorisations is to be kept at the office of the Tribunal. > > > (2) The register is to contain details of all authorisations that are granted or transferred, including details concerning the conditions imposed on them by the Minister, and is also to contain details of all determinations made by the Minister with respect to authorisations and their conditions. > > > (3) The register is to be kept available for inspection by members of the public, free of charge, during normal office hours. > > > (4) Copies of entries in the register are to be made available to members of the public, at cost, during normal office hours. > > **s 18:** Am 2000 No 60, Sch 1.3 \[8\].
