19 Gas quality
(1) A licensee must ensure that, as far as practicable, the gas which it conveys –
(a) meets the prescribed standards of quality; and
(b) complies with any other prescribed requirements.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 1 500 penalty units.
(2) A licensee that supplies or sells gas to a customer for use in a gas installation must ensure that, as far as practicable, the gas supplied or sold –
(a) meets the prescribed standards of quality; and
(b) complies with any other prescribed requirements.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 1 500 penalty units.
