41Identity cards

41 Identity cards (1) The construction occupations registrar must give to each inspector an identity card that specifies the inspector’s name and appointment as an inspector, and on which appears a recent photograph of the inspector. (2) A person must, within 7 days after ceasing to be an inspector, return the identity card to the construction occupations registrar. Maximum penalty (subsection (2)): 1 penalty unit.
