88 Occupier to be given copy of consent

(1) An occupier who consents in writing to entry of the occupier's residence or the land on which the residence is situated under section 87 must be given a copy of the signed consent immediately.

(2) If, in any proceeding, a written consent is not produced to the court, it must be presumed, until the contrary is proved, that the occupier did not consent to the entry under section 87.
