33 Gas quality

S. 33(1) amended by No. 22/2023 s. 42.

(1) A gas company must ensure that, as far as practicable, the gas which it conveys—

(a) meets the prescribed standards of quality; and

(b) complies with any other prescribed requirements.

(2) A gas company which supplies or sells gas to a customer for use in a gas installation must ensure that, as far as practicable, the gas supplied or sold—

(a) meets the prescribed standards of quality; and

(b) complies with any other prescribed requirements.
