107A Power of Minister

S. 107A(1) amended by No. 4/2020 s. 39(1).

(1) The Minister, at the request of the Chairperson of Energy Safe Victoria, may, at any time, make a direction in writing amending a direction made, or purportedly made, by the Chairperson under section 106 or 107 for the purpose of correcting a defect, mistake or omission in such a direction.

(2) If a direction of the Minister under subsection (1) amending a direction of the Chairperson—

S. 107A(2)(a) amended by No. 4/2020 s. 39(2).

(a) includes a statement that the direction of the Chairperson is deemed to have been made as so amended; and

S. 107A(2)(b) amended by No. 4/2020 s. 39(2).

(b) is made not later than 3 months after the direction of the Chairperson was made—

the direction of the Chairperson is deemed to have been made as so amended.
