Schedule 3—Transitional provisions 2—Transitional provisions (1) Despite regulation 4 of these regulations, regulation 4A of the revoked regulations as in force immediately before the commencement of this clause will continue to apply to work to be undertaken or underway (being work within the ambit of regulation 4A) until 1 March 2013. (2) In this clause— revoked regulations means the Gas Regulations 1997.
