Part 6—Standard terms and conditions 33—Standard terms and conditions—prescribed class of customers For the purposes of section 34(1) of the Act— (a) each customer whose annual gas consumption level for a metered delivery point equals or exceeds 10 terajoules is a customer of a prescribed class in relation to gas supply to the customer through the delivery point; (b) each customer whose annual gas consumption level for a metered delivery point equals or exceeds 1 terajoule but is less than 10 terajoules is a customer of a prescribed class in relation to gas supply to the customer through the delivery point.
