Part 5—Price regulation 32—Price regulation—prescribed class of customers For the purposes of section 33(1)(a) of the Act, each customer whose annual gas consumption level for a metered delivery point equals or exceeds 1 terajoule but is less than 10 terajoules is a customer of a prescribed class in relation to gas supply to the customer through the delivery point.
