Tasmania regulation
This order designates a single natural‑gas pipeline — the line between the facility on Certificate of Title Vol 131952 Folio 1 (Preston Road, Gawler) and the facility on Certificate of Title Vol 47482 Folio 1 (Mason Street, Ulverstone) — to be treated as a “transmission pipeline” under the Gas Pipelines Act 2000 (cl.3(2)–(3)).
That classification brings the pipeline under the Commonwealth regulatory regime in that Act, so regulatory decisions and compliance costs fall to the pipeline owner/operator; the order takes effect on Gazette notification (cl.2).
