9 Application of Gas Pipelines Access Law in certain offshore areas under the Offshore Petroleum Act 2006
If this Act applies in the offshore area in respect of a State or of the Northern Territory because of the operation of section 69 of the Offshore Petroleum Act 2006: (a) the Gas Pipelines Access Law also applies in that offshore area as a law of the Commonwealth; and (b) as so applying may be referred to as the Gas Pipelines Access (Commonwealth) Law.
