16 Jurisdiction of Federal Court in relation to Gas Pipelines Access Law and Regulations

(1) Jurisdiction is conferred on the Federal Court with respect to civil and criminal matters arising under the Gas Pipelines Access (Commonwealth) Law. (2) The Federal Court has, and may exercise, the jurisdiction conferred on the Court by the gas pipelines access legislation of the Australian Capital Territory or the Northern Territory with respect to civil and criminal matters arising under the Gas Pipelines Access Law of that Territory.
