Tasmania regulation
This order declares a planning corridor for the South Esk gas pipeline: it fixes corridor widths (150 m each side for most of the route; 38 m each side for the Hadspen river section), adds 150 m semicircular end-extensions, and measures widths from the pipeline centre-line; the route is shown on Plan 9751 (cl.4, Sch.1). It affects landowners, Tas Gas Networks Pty Ltd and planning authorities by creating a statutory area that guides development approvals; the Department of State Growth administers and the order commences on Gazette notification (cls.2–4).
