Tasmania regulation
This Order declares a planning corridor for a specific gas pipeline: a strip 25 metres wide on each side of the pipeline centre-line, with semicircular ends of 25 metre radius, shown on Plan 9754 and defined by coordinates. It applies to the pipeline licensed to Tas Gas Networks (referenced licence) and takes effect on Gazette notification. The corridor is a spatial constraint that will be relevant to landowners, developers, the licence-holder and planning authorities when making or assessing land-use or development decisions.
