Gas (Pipeline Corridor) Bridgewater Order 2014
In ForceTASPlain English Summary
2/10 complexity
This order creates a planning corridor for a named gas pipeline between the Bridgewater Offtake Facility and the Clare Street District Regulator Station: a strip 38 metres either side of the pipeline centre-line plus 38‑metre semicircles at each end (cl.4). It changes how land use and approvals are handled in that mapped zone. Landowners and developers bear the compliance burden; the Department of State Growth administers the order and relies on Plan 9753 as the official map.
