46 Obstruction and hindering of person entering land under this Division
A person must not obstruct, hinder, delay, threaten or assault a person who is –
(a) authorised to enter on land under section 44 ; and
(b) acting in accordance with that section.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
