68Register of trial waivers

68 Register of trial waivers (1) The Commission must establish and maintain a register of trial waivers (the ***register***). (2) The Commission must enter the following details in the register in respect of every trial waiver— (a) the name of the person granted the trial waiver; (b) a description of the activity that will be undertaken under the trial waiver; (c) the date of expiry of the trial waiver; (d) information about where a copy of a trial waiver may be accessed. (3) The Commission may maintain the register in any form or manner it considers appropriate. (4) The Commission must make the register publicly available, free of charge, from the Commission's internet site. New s. 69 inserted by No. 33/2021 s. 15 (as amended by No. 41/2021 s. 92).
