63A Compliance with conditions of trial waiver (1) A person granted a trial waiver must comply with any conditions to which the trial waiver is subject. (2) Subsection (1) is a civil penalty requirement for the purposes of the **Essential Services Commission Act 2001**. Subdivision 6—Trial project guidelines New s. 64 inserted by No. 33/2021 s. 15 (as amended by No. 41/2021 s. 92).
