229E Adverse publicity orders (1) If a court finds a person guilty of an offence against Division 4AA of Part 3 or section 229A(1) or (2), the court may make an adverse publicity order against the person. (2) In making an adverse publicity order, the court may— (a) specify the period within which the order must be complied with; and (b) impose any other requirement that the court considers necessary or expedient to make the order effective. (3) This section does not limit a court's powers under any other provision of this Act or any other Act. ***adverse publicity order*** means an order that— (a) requires a person to disclose, in the way and to the persons specified in the order, such information as is so specified, being information that the person has possession of or access to; or (b) requires a person to publish, at the person's expense and in the way specified in the order, an advertisement in the terms specified in, or determined in accordance with, the order.
