213 Immunity from suit A person acting in good faith in the execution of this Part or any proclamation, direction, prohibition or requisition under this Part is not liable to any action, claim or demand on account of any damage, loss or injury sustained or alleged to be sustained because of the operation of this Part or of anything done or purporting to be done under this Part or any proclamation, direction, prohibition or requisition under this Part.
