20A Powers in relation to price regulation For the purposes of Part 3 of the **Essential Services Commission Act 2001**, the power to regulate prescribed prices in respect of prescribed goods and services is conferred on the Commission in respect of tariffs for the sale of gas regulated by Order under section 21, to the extent specified in such an Order.
