209 Offence to obstruct a person carrying out a direction etc. A person must not obstruct another person— (a) exercising a power given to; or (b) complying with an obligation imposed on— the other person under a direction, prohibition or requisition under section 207 if the person has been shown a copy of the direction, prohibition or requisition. 1. In the case of a natural person, 240 penalty units. In the case of a body corporate, 10 000 penalty units.
