154 Identity cards (1) A gas company must give an identity card to any of its officers or employees who, in the course of the officer's or employee's duties, may need to enter the premises of a customer. (2) The identity card must bear— (a) the signature of the chief executive officer or a prescribed officer of the gas company; and (b) the photograph and signature of the officer or employee. (3) The officer or employee must produce his or her identity card for inspection— (a) before entering the premises of a customer or other person in the course of his or her duties; and (b) at any time while on those premises, if asked to do so. 1. 10 penalty units.
