Tasmania regulation
This order says certain pipelines that deliver gas directly to the specific parcels listed in Schedule 1 are not treated as part of the regulated “distribution system” under the Gas Act, unless those pipelines are or will be owned or run by a holder of an exclusive franchise. It affects pipeline owners/operators, exclusive franchise holders and the listed land titles because it changes who must comply with distribution-system rules and requires checking ownership intentions against the Schedule.
