(1) The responsible contractor for the carrying out of autogas work on an autogas installation must attach a compliance plate to the installation after it has been tested unless the certificate of inspection issued as a result of the test indicates that the installation is apparently defective.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units (in the case of a corporation) or 25 penalty units (in the case of an individual).
(2) A compliance plate attached to an installation in accordance with this clause must comply with the requirements set out in clause 55.
