#### 55 Inspection of electricity meters 55 Inspection of electricity meters > > (1) This section applies to an electrical installation that includes the installation of an electricity meter. > > > (2) Without limiting section 54, an authorised officer may inspect an electrical installation to which this section applies to ensure that the installation complies with this Act and any standards or requirements imposed by the regulations. > > > (3) The regulations may prescribe a fee for or in connection with the inspection by an authorised officer of an electrical installation to which this section applies.
