#### 42 Interference with site of serious electrical or gas accident 42 Interference with site of serious electrical or gas accident > A person must not disturb or interfere with the site of a serious electrical accident or a serious gas accident before it has been inspected by an authorised officer except— > > > (a) to make it safe, or > > > (b) with the permission of an authorised officer, or > > > (c) as provided by the regulations. > > Maximum penalty—500 penalty units in the case of a corporation and 250 penalty units in the case of an individual.
