#### 24 Conditions of certification authority 24 Conditions of certification authority > > (1) A certification authority is subject to— > > > > > (a) any conditions that are prescribed by the regulations, and > > > > > (b) any other conditions that the Secretary considers appropriate and that are specified in the authority or imposed by the Secretary in accordance with the regulations. > > > (2) The Secretary may vary or revoke a condition referred to in subsection (1) (b) in accordance with the regulations. > > > (3) The holder of a certification authority must comply with any conditions to which the authority is subject. > > > > Maximum penalty—2,500 penalty units in the case of a corporation and 500 penalty units in the case of an individual.
