#### 13 Class specifications for electrical articles 13 Class specifications for electrical articles > > (1) A class specification for an electrical article is— > > > > > (a) a specification for the time being declared by an order under section 12 to be applicable to articles of the class to which the article belongs, or > > > > > (b) if any such specification is declared by the order to be modified in its application to those articles, the specification as so modified. > > > (2) Despite subsection (1), a class specification does not apply to an electrical article to the extent (if any) that it is inconsistent with the model specification for the article.
