#### 175 Surrender of licences 175 Surrender of licences > > (1) A licensee may surrender a licence by giving notice in writing to the Minister. If the licence is held by more than one person, each licensee is to surrender the licence. > > > (2) The surrender takes effect only if the Minister consents to the surrender.
