#### 174 Temporary suspension of licences 174 Temporary suspension of licences > > (1) The Minister may take action under this section, without prior notice to a licensee, in order to secure compliance by a licensee with a direction given to the licensee in accordance with the regulations. > > > (2) If the Minister considers it necessary or expedient for the purposes of this section, the Minister may, by notice, suspend a licence— > > > > > (a) until a date specified in the notice of suspension, or > > > > > (b) if the notice so specifies—until the Minister, being satisfied that the relevant direction has been complied with, further notifies the licensee.
