#### 167 Applications for licences 167 Applications for licences > > (1) An application for a licence must— > > > > > (a) be in the form approved by the Minister, and > > > > > (b) be accompanied by such information as the Minister requires, and > > > > > (c) be accompanied by the fee prescribed by the regulations. > > > (2) An application for a licence may not be made by— > > > > > (a) a person who is under 18 years of age, or is within a class of persons prescribed by the regulations as being ineligible to apply for a licence, or > > > > > (b) a person who is disqualified from holding a gaming-related licence, or > > > > > (c) a person who is the holder of a suspended gaming-related licence.
