#### 23 Registered clubs with distinct premises 23 Registered clubs with distinct premises > In respect of a registered club whose premises include two or more areas that are determined by the Authority to be separate and distinct premises, the provisions of this Act apply as though each of those premises were a separate registered club, and a reference in those provisions to a gaming machine kept on the premises of the club is to be construed accordingly. > > **s 23:** Am 2007 No 92, Sch 4.8 \[5\].
