25 Gaming machines to be on CMS (a) the licensee operates a gaming machine; and (b) the gaming machine is required to be connected to the CMS; and (c) the gaming machine is not connected to the CMS. Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units. (2) For subsection (1) (b), a gaming machine is required to be connected to the CMS if connection is required— (a) under this regulation; or (b) under the licence for the gaming machine.
