24 Approval of CMS—Act, s 67 (1) (1) The commission must not approve a CMS unless— (a) the commission has considered the results of a technical evaluation of the system by an approved entity; and (b) the system (as approved) does not include the gaming machines connected to it. Example—system the system may include the ‘black box’ relay station connected to gaming machines approved entity—see the Act, section 69 (4).
