73 Giving copy of certificate about approved supplier (1) This section applies if an approved supplier tells the commission, in writing, about the loss, theft or destruction of a certificate given to the corporation under section 72 (3). (2) The commission may, by written notice given to the supplier, require the supplier to give the commission, within a stated period and in a stated form, a statement confirming, and explaining the circumstances of, the loss, theft or destruction. (3) If the commission is satisfied that the certificate has been lost, stolen or destroyed, the commission may give a replacement to the supplier.
