72 Application and approval of corporation as supplier (1) A corporation may apply, in writing, for approval as a supplier. (2) The commission may approve the corporation as a supplier (an approved supplier) if satisfied that— (a) the corporation intends to supply, install or maintain any of the following:

Approved suppliers Division 6.2 (b) each influential person for the corporation is an eligible person; and (c) the corporation has not, in the last 12 months, provided false or misleading information in an application under subsection (1); and (d) the corporation satisfies any other requirement prescribed by regulation. (3) If the commission approves a corporation as a supplier, the commission must give the corporation a certificate stating that the corporation is an approved supplier.
