60 When disciplinary notice may be given If the commission is satisfied that a ground for disciplinary action exists, or may exist, in relation to a licensee, the commission may give the licensee a disciplinary notice. Note The commission need not give a disciplinary notice if the grounds for disciplinary action are the contravention of a direction in a reprimand (see s 62).
