55G Withdrawal or variation of GM undertaking (1) A person who has given a GM undertaking may at any time, with the written agreement of the commission— (a) withdraw the undertaking; or (b) vary the undertaking. (2) However, the provisions of the undertaking cannot be varied to provide for a different contravention or alleged contravention of this Act or the Control Act.
