47 Operation subject to correct percentage payout (1) It is a condition of a licence that the licensee not operate a gaming machine on authorised premises if the percentage payout on the gaming machine is not the percentage payout under the authorisation schedule for the gaming machine. (2) Subsection (1) does not prevent the operation of the gaming machine to correct the percentage payout.
