32 Licence amendment decision—minor amendment (1) This section applies if a licensee makes a minor licence amendment (a) amend the licence in accordance with the application; or
(b) refuse to amend the licence. (3) The commission must— (a) tell the licensee, in writing, of a decision under subsection (2); and (b) if the commission refuses to amend the licence—give the reasons for the decision.
