20 Class C licence—form (1) A class C licence must— (i) the licensee’s name; (ii) if the licensee carries on business under a name other than (iii) the licensee’s ABN; (iv) the licensee’s— (B) if the licensee is an incorporated association— association number; (v) the date the licence comes into force; (vi) a unique identifying number (a licence number); (vii) a statement that the licensee is entitled to operate class C (viii) the conditions on the licence. (2) A regulation may prescribe other requirements in relation to the form of a licence.
