173E Notifiable actions—date of effect A notifiable action takes effect— receives a notification about the notifiable action; or Note Prescribed number of days—see s 173D (5). (b) if the commission allows the notifiable action to take place on an earlier day—that day; or

(c) if the commission gives a notice under section 173D (3) requesting additional information in relation to the notification—when the commission has notified the licensee that it is satisfied in relation to the additional information.
