163Q Proceedings of advisory board (1) The Minister may make guidelines for the proceedings of the advisory board, including meeting and voting requirements of the board. (2) Unless any guidelines made by the Minister under subsection (1) provide otherwise, the advisory board may conduct its proceedings as it considers appropriate. (3) A guideline is a notifiable instrument.
