127Y Storage permit amendment—decision The commission may amend a storage permit if the commission receives, within the time required under section 173D (Notifiable actions)— (a) notification about a proposed disposal or proposed removal of a gaming machine under— (i) section 113A (Disposal of gaming machines—notifiable action); or
(ii) section 127X; and (b) any further information requested under section 173D.
