127V Storage permit—application for extension (1) A licensee who holds a storage permit for a general purpose may apply to the commission to extend the term of the storage permit. (a) be in writing signed by the licensee; and (b) state why the licensee is seeking the extension. (3) If a licensee applies to extend the term of a storage permit, the storage permit remains in force until the application is decided.
