127J Trading authorisations—disposal of gaming machines (1) This section applies if a licensee (a disposing licensee)— (a) disposes of an authorisation under this division; but (b) does not dispose of the related gaming machine. (2) The disposing licensee must— (a) apply for a storage permit for an interim purpose under section 127O (Storage permit—application) for the gaming (b) dispose of the gaming machine in accordance with section 113A (Disposal of gaming machines—notifiable action).
